Transcriptome-wide map of m6A circRNAs identified in a rat model of hypoxia mediated pulmonary hypertension

Abstract: Background: Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) is a lethal disease and lacks effective therapy. CircRNAs play significant roles in physiological process.
