To discover the mechanism underlying the role of circulating RNA (circRNA) in pulmonary microvascular permeability in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
Methods
We developed an in vitro model of ARDS using cultured human pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (HPMECs) and lipopolysaccharide challenge.
