Transcriptome Assembly of Asian Buffalo Leech Hirudinaria Manillensis and An Accurate Identification of Genes Involved in Anticoagulant Biosynthesis

Abstract: Background: The Asian buffalo leech Hirudinaria manillensis is a valuable animal widely used in traditional Chinese medicine to cure blood-clotting.
