Transcriptome and Metabolome Analyses Reveal Molecular Responses of Two Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) Cultivars to Cold Stress

Abstract: Low temperature is a significant factor affecting field-grown pepper. The molecular mechanisms behind peppers’ response to cold stress remain unknown.
