Transcriptome analysis identified core genes involved in maize resistance to Rhizoctonia solani

Abstract: Banded leaf and sheath blight (BLSB) caused by the necrotrophic fungus Rhizoctonia solani is a devasting disease on maize worldwide, especially in China and Southeast Asia.
