Transcriptional Diversity Among Alveolar Neutrophils During Pneumonia

Abstract: Neutrophils are transcriptionally dynamic during acute pneumonia. Our prior work demonstrated that 1733 genes were differentially expressed between peripheral blood and alveolar neutrophils during pneumococcal pneumonia.
