Transcription factors and miRNAs that regulate fetal to adultCFTRexpression change are new targets for cystic fibrosis

Abstract: The CFTR gene displays a tightly regulated tissue-specific and temporal expression. Mutations in this gene cause cystic fibrosis (CF).
