Transcranial Injury: Case Report

Abstract: 1496 ranscranial brain injuries are serious conditions with high mortality and morbidity rates. Estimated mortality rates were reported between 34% and 93% in various studies.1 High velocity transcranial injuries are mostly caused by shell and shrapnel fragments.
