Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography-Related Research in the Caribbean Region

Abstract: Transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasonography is a non-invasive ultrasound technique that uses highfrequency sound waves to measure blood flow velocities in the cerebral vasculature.
