Abstract:BACKGROUND
Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) is the common procedure for treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM), but ACDF may cause pseudoarthrosis, accelerated degeneration of adjacent segments, loss of activity of fused segments and other complications.
