Abstract:We present a case of visceral pseudoaneurysm with situs inversus totalis, which was treated by transcatheter embolization. A 58-year-old man with chronic pancreatitis and situs inversus totalis was admitted to our hospital for epigastric pain. On celiac arteriography, a pseudoaneurysm was detected at the anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery (ASPD).
