Agroecotourism is a relatively young branch of tourist industry in our country, at the same time it has become very popular abroad. The article considers some problems related to the development of rural ecotourism on the Yurshinsky island of Rybinsk reservoir. Various landscapes can be seen on the Yurshinsky island, escaping flowage of the Rybinsk reservoir area, where unique samples of Russian nature have remained untouched. The territory of island makes 792 hectares, half of its land is occupied by woods, and now all island has a status of specially protected area. Moose breeding farm is recommended to be established as the object of rural ecotourism on the Yurshinsky island, as its operation allows the tourist season last all-year-round. Ecological conditions of the territory need to be assessed before the organization of a moose farm and other objects of agroecotourism. Therefore we selected several soil samples to perform chemical analysis as the soil represents the knot of interrelations in biosphere and a lack or surplus of both vital, and toxic chemical elements in the soil will lead to their lack or surplus in plants grown up on such soils and in animal organisms which eat the given plants.

Em meados de 2005, acompanhado de um grupo de amigos, o autor da pesquisa foi convidado a participar de um jogo de futebol, o chamado "jogo-contra" na gíria futebolística do carioca, no morro da Mangueira, zona norte do Rio de Janeiro. Nesse jogo, os artistas da bola eram diferenciados: o time convidado era formado por atletas e ex-atletas profissionais -conhecidos no mundo da bola; já o time da casa, por traficantes daquela comunidade.Além da partida inusitada dentro de campo, existia uma torcida grande do lado de fora, barulhenta e, por vezes, até agressiva, agarrada ao alambrado velho e furado que tentava cercar o areal, seco e duro, onde os "atletas" davam o seu show.Dessa forma, naquele dia, naquele momento, que com os olhos arregalados e assustados, esse artigo começou a ser escrito no imaginário do autor.No meio da torcida, formada por homens, mulheres, idosos, crianças e adolescentes (moradores da comunidade), notava-se a presença de "soldados do tráfico", fortemente armados, portando fuzis, pistolas, munições e radiocomunicadores, mas, um menino negro, em especial, chamava a atenção, pois aparentava ter no máximo 10 anos, macérrimo, de chinelos de dedo surrados e sem camisa, portando um fuzil quase que do seu tamanho e uma mochila carregada de munições, que pesava em seus ombros. Essa cena mais que incomum, em um ambiente que misturava euforia, diversão e tensão, inquietava, incomodava, e fez acender a presente reflexão: de onde vêm essas armas? Por meio dessa experiência pessoal e de observações na atuação como policial federal, na Tríplice Fronteira, algumas aflições e questionamentos viabilizaram a proposição desta pesquisa. Diante do problema, foram estabelecidos como objetivos do artigo: investigar e detalhar como o tráfico de armas na "Tríplice Fronteira" 2em especial, na fronteira de Ciudad Del Leste/PY e Foz do Iguaçu/PR/BRinfluencia a violência no Rio de Janeiro, e, de alguma forma, propor ou, ao menos, provocar o debate acerca da elaboração de estratégias eficazes de BRASIL, Márcia. Automated substantiation of multivariate land use planning projects

The intensification of the Russian economy determines the need for forecasting and planning agricultural production at the level of specific agricultural organizations and producers. In the context of an annually changing market, the most important factor in the innovative development of the agricultural sector is the system of land use planning measures. It creates the most favorable organizational and territorial prerequisites for agricultural production. The most optimal method of land use planning design is the multivariant method, which involves analyzing several options and selecting the best according to technical and economic indicators. It determines the need for improving the methodology for substantiating multivariate land use planning projects based on automated technologies. The above mentioned circumstances determined the goal of research, which is improving the Kolos software package. The approach involves clarifying the used regulatory and guidance information and updating the composition and relationships of software modules. An automated assessment of normative and actual indicators allows analyzing up to 10 options for organizing a crop rotation system and arranging their territory, choosing the optimal one and guaranteeing the rational use of each hectare of land that provides solutions to production, environmental and social problems. The considered software package ensures the high quality of land use planning decisions when planning and organizing the rational use of the country’s land resources. This allows reducing the cost of design and use planning work, increasing their reliability and accessibility for agricultural organizations in all regions of the Russian Federation.
