Abstract:Dextrocardia is a rare congenital cardiovascular malformation in which the heart is located on the right side of the thoracic cavity, with an occurrence of approximately 2/100,000. The clinical understanding of such lesions is also increasing with the continuous development of cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment technologies, and dextrocardia combined with aortic regurgitation is rare, so the treatment of such patients is usually complicated.
