Transactions on Red-black and AVL trees in NVRAM

Abstract: Byte-addressable non-volatile memory (NVRAM) supports persistent storage with low latency and high bandwidth. Complex data structures in it ought to be updated transactionally, so that they remain recoverable at all times.
