Tranexamic acid in non-traumatic intracranial bleeding: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Abstract: Non-traumatic intracranial bleeding (NTIB), comprising subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and intra-cranial bleeding (ICH) is a significant public health concern.
