TraitProtNet: Deciphering the Genome for Trait Prediction with Interpretable Deep Learning

Abstract: Genome data is far from fully explored. We present TraitProtNet, an innovative deep learning framework for predictive trait profiling in fungi, leveraging genome data and pretrained language models.
