Training, Support, and Connection for Student Library Employees in a Tiered Reference Service Model

Abstract: intended to quantitatively evaluate the impact of this outcomes-based training design and to share the effective materials from it, but a small sample limited the statistical analysis. Instead we refocused on a qualitative analysis of the study's open-ended questions to identify challenges that persist for student employees and their implications for student employee training programs.
