Abstract

It is known that tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TR"IL) could induce both apoptosis and autophagy. Here, we summarized the recent indings of the key regulators and the crosstalk pathway that highlights the intricate interplay between TR"IL-induced apoptosis and autophagy.
