Tradução e adaptação cultural de questionário sobre liderança em Odontologia

Abstract: O objetivo desse trabalho foi traduzir e adaptar para a cultura brasileira um questionário sobre habilidades de liderança de cirurgiões-dentistas. Para isso, o instrumento criado na Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) passou pelas etapas de tradução, retrotradução, adaptação transcultural a partir de uma reunião de experts no assunto e pré-teste com um grupo de cirurgiões-dentistas.
