Trade Diversion as Firm Adjustment to Trade Policy: Evidence from EU Anti‐dumping Duties on Vietnamese Footwear

Abstract: TRADE DIVERSION IN VIETNAMESE FOOTWARE 1129in discussions about the distortionary effects of AD as a tool of protection.
