Tracking a Serial Killer: Integrating Phylogenetic Relationships, Epidemiology, and Geography for Two Invasive Meningococcal Disease Outbreaks

Abstract: 31 Methods Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) was used to analyze preserved meningococcal isolates33 collected before and during the two outbreaks.
