Abstract:Abstract.We demonstrate the quantitative spectroscopic characterization and imaging of biological tissue using coherent time-domain microscopy with femtosecond resolution. We identify tissue constituents and perform dephasing time (T 2 ) measurements of characteristic Raman active vibrations.
