Tracheal perforation due to suicid attempt

Abstract: Tracheal-bronchial injuries require immediate airway control and surgical repair. Cervical trachea injury can include vascular, thyroid, esophageal, and nerve injuries, so exploration is important. Respiratory distress occurs in more than half of these patients.
