Trabalho noturno e a repercussão na saúde dos enfermeiros

Abstract: O trabalho de enfermagem é organizado em turnos para prestar cuidado ininterrupto e atender a demanda da população por serviços de saúde. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória, realizada no período de março de 2008 no Hospital Universitário de Santa Maria/RS, Brasil. O objetivo é apresentar e discutir as alterações na saúde percebidas por enfermeiros do período noturno.
