O presente trabalho analisa a rotatividade e o crescimento do emprego formal na agropecuária e sua distribuição para as microrregiões do Paraná no período de 2008 a 2016. Em termos metodológicos foram utilizados dados extraídos da Relação Anual de Informações Sociais (RAIS) do Ministério do Trabalho e do Emprego (MTE). Os resultados mostraram que a rotatividade masculina e feminina é alta em todas as microrregiões do Paraná e que o emprego formal na agropecuária vem caindo ao longo do período. Em relação a criação líquida de emprego masculino mostrou que no setor agropecuário apenas 8 microrregiões do estado do Paraná tiveram crescimento do emprego acima de 3%. No caso feminino no período de 2008 a 2016 as microrregiões que tiveram maior crescimento do emprego feminino estão localizadas no Centro-Sul, Oeste, Sudeste, Noroeste Paranaense. Desta forma procede a preocupação sobre a permanecia dos trabalhadores rurais no campo.ABSTRACTThe present study analyzes the turnover and growth of formal employment in agriculture and its distribution to the microregions of Paraná from 2008 to 2016. Methodologically, data extracted from the Annual Social Information Index (RAIS) of the Ministry of Labor and of Employment (MTE). The results showed that male and female turnover is high in all microregions of Paraná and that formal employment in agriculture is falling throughout the period. In relation to the net job creation, men showed that in the agricultural sector only 8 microregions of the state of Paraná had employment growth above 3%. In the case of women, in the period 2008 to 2016, the microregions that had the greatest growth in female employment occurred in the Paraná’ Center-South, West, Southeast, Northwestern.
