Nanotoxicology emerged from the need to understand the impact of nanomaterials on human and environmental health in a safe way. Currently, there are many literature data that can be processed using Data Science, including Data Mining Objective: Compare data obtained from Scopus Database (Elsevier) and PubMed in the period 2017-2022 to obtain bibliometric maps via VOSviewer Software. Methods: Search for articles with the term "nanotoxicology" in Scopus and Pubmed indexing sources and obtain articles in RIS format for processing via VOSViewer; reference the generation of VOSviewer clusters and nodes; Results: 1624 articles were obtained from the Scopus database and 1247 documents from the Pubmed database. The keywords with the most occurrences were "nanotoxicology", "nanoparticles", "human" and "animals.
Conclusion:VOSviewer is a software that allows data collection and an integrative visualization of keywords and their occurrences.
