Toxic effect of different lead concentrations on in vitro culture of Datura inoxia

Abstract: Metals are the part of natural constituents of soil but industrial activities such as mining and smelting of ores, electroplating work, gas exhaust, energy and fuel production, fertilizer and pesticide application, and municipal waste results in enormous amount of increase in their natural concentrations in soil.
