Fuzzy Graphs are used for analyzing and modeling levels of information in real-time systems (simple or complex networks). A community (network) is formed when human eProfiles (nodes) have links (edges) and interactions with each other. Considering multiple medium of communications like email, chatting and short message service (SMS) in the network, it will make the graph more complex (dense graph or forest). To address this issue in this paper analyzes those human communities with the help of fuzzy graphs and highlights the status of individuals in a human community. Max-Min Composition (fuzzy relation) was applied along with statistical analysis on fuzzy graphs of human community. Interaction Index (II) is used to estimate the intensity of communication and Role Index (RI) determine the participation status of individual in a human community. All this analysis will be used in our research and development of Community Algorithm, which will be used as a tool that will help in identifying, analyzing, manipulating, monitoring, and transforming human communities based on human eProfiles.

Human beings are part of different communities, which can be analyzed in detail to extract valuable information. Community Algorithm will be used to classify users, their roles in a community, analyze their interaction level within and between communities. Community Algorithm is an inspiration from Cultural Algorithm and has similar characteristics as of Genetic Algorithm. Communities will be held in some proper frame structure (ontology). Community Algorithm has operators that will be used to have new individuals in next generation and can have collective interaction impact in any existing generation of a community. We will use Community Ontology in our on going research on Community Algorithm development.

Communities are being established by human beings based on some common characteristics. Marriage and Birth operators are defined in order to address different Human Communities, based on Community Sticker. This Community Sticker and operators will be used in our on-going research of Development of Community Algorithm. The Community Sticker will be linked with Community Ontology and Human Community Ontology, which defines a way to hold different communities and especially human communities in them. These operators will use defined chromosomes of human in a community. It will process two individuals in an existing generation and producing a new individual in the upcoming generation of a human community.
