Towards sub-quadratic time and space complexity solutions for the dated tree reconciliation problem

Abstract: BackgroundRecent coevolutionary analysis has considered tree topology as a means to reduce the asymptotic complexity associated with inferring the complex coevolutionary interrelationships that arise between phylogenetic trees.
