Background: Implementation of systematic and sustainable training in theoretical and practical aspects of transfusion, maximizes transfusion-safety and improves quality of nursing services. Kirkpatrick-Model can be used effectively for evaluating such educational programs. Method and Materials: According to Kirkpatrick-Model, evaluation of educational programs is determined by four levels: 1st-Reaction, 2nd-Learning, 3rd-Behavior, 4th-Results. During years 2018-2019, an educational program about transfusion-medicine (presentations-lectures, brochures distribution, individual training) was implemented among nurses working mainly in an Oncology Hospital of the Hellenic National Health System. Demographics, educational/professional experience, knowledge-level on transfusion-medicine as well as suggestions for improving it, were checked with pre-and post-training questionnaires. Statistical analysis was made using SAS9.4-software for Windows/Excel 2007 (Kruskal-Wallis method for numeric parameters, x2-test for categorical). The significance level was set to P<0.05. Results: Regarding trainees’ reaction (level 1), 38.59% considered the educational program “satisfactory” (before training, 13.67% answered that they needed no training, after training 52.26%, P<0.05). Regarding learning (level 2), there was improvement in knowledge (14.2±3 correct answers/respondent before training, 21.1±1.8 correct answers/respondent post-training, 48.6% increase in correct answers/respondent, P<0.000001). The evaluation of the trainees' change of work-behavior due to training (level 3) will be performed through an extended observation-period by auditors using an extensive evidence-based observatory checklist. The overall outcome of training (level 4) will be assessed after completing the above-mentioned audits. Conclusions: According to Kirkpatrick-Model, the applied educational program is evaluated positively in terms of levels 1-2, as it was considered sufficient by trainees and improved their theoretical knowledge. Further evaluation in terms of levels 3-4 is an ongoing procedure.

Guru masih kesulitan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran daring dengan optimal. Selain itu teman lainnya juga menyatakan bahwa masih banyak siswa yang kurang tertarik dan kurang termotivasi dalam belajar daring. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangkan LKPD elektronik Flip Book berbasis Pendekatan saintifik tema 7 Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian yaitu 2 ahli materi, 1 ahli media pembelajaran, dan 1 ahli desain pembelajaran. Subjek uji coba yaitu 1 orang guru wali kelas dan 3 siswa (uji perorangan), dan 9 siswa (kelompok kecil) kelas IV. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan pengembangan ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi kualitatif, dan tes. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu pedoman wawancara, rating scale, dan tes. Teknik menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu validitas isi materi memperoleh skor sebesar 0,93 (tinggi), ahli desain pembelajaran 93% (sangat baik), ahli media pembelajaran 91% (sangat baik). Hasil uji kelompok kecil yaitu 98, 6 (sangat baik) dan uji kelompok kecil yaitu 97,5% (sangat baik). Hasil analisis data, nilai signifikansi 2 arah (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga terdapat perbedaan skor yang berarti antara kelompok kelas pre-test dan pos-test. Maka terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan siswa kelas IV SD setelah belajar menggunakan bahan ajar E-LKPD flip book berbasis pendekatan saintifik. E-LKPD flip book berbasis pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar muatan IPA pada siswa SD.

This article analyzed how the development of English comic strips for teaching reading grade X Vocational High School (SMK) IT Baitunnur Punggur and to find out the difference in student learning outcomes before and after teachers use English comic strips to teach reading grade X SMK IT Baitunnur Punggur. This research was conducted in the tenth grade of the second semester at SMK IT Baitunnur Punggur. The researchersd used Research and Development (R&D). In this case, the research only resulted in a product design, which was internally verified using the opinions of experts and practitioners and did not lead to the production of goods on a global scale. The pre-test and post-test resulted of the developed product, as well as the validation findings by a group of media experts, material experts, and students, were considered valid. Based on the validation results from two lecturers and two teachers, as well as material experts and media experts, the percentage of feasibility assessment with "very feasible" criteria was 92.5%. The product was considered effective for use if the students' pre-test and post-test results show a post-test score greater than the pre-test score. The result product could foster interest in enthusiasm in learning students to be better. It advances a great potential for the development research in developing english comic strips in teaching reading.
