World today having several services on Web generates high volume of data around, so much so that one cannot just afford to ignore. These data volumes together usually referred as big data, though look heterogeneous and unrelated at a glance; still, big data carry striking relations among them implicitly as well as explicitly, so that many users across the world may get interested of data patterns being generated at a far end of the world. Thus, there is a need to deliver big data available on cyberspace to users as per their needs. This brings in a notion of big data service. For such service, we here propose a cyber infrastructure that takes user's data request and finds an appropriate data service provider to deliver data. We also propose an approach for SLA: service level agreement specification. SLA for a service is derived from SLAs of data consumer and provider on negotiation. Matching of consumer's SLA to that of a provider SLA and a process of negotiation between these two are illustrated.

Service Oriented Architectures and service-centric models arose in the last years as a standard de-facto in IT enterprises for offering practically any kind of services to users world-wide. In particular Cloud-based models provide means for realizing and distributing everything-as-a-service, including infrastructures, hardware and software platforms and services. Even if at the moment Service-centric models and technologies are mature in the IT scenario, composition, analysis and validation of Cloud services are open research challenges. In this work we describe a methodology based on Multi-Agent Models which allows for description, composition and verification of requirements of Cloud-based services. The methodology uses a modeling profile able to describe services as agents in a multiagent environment and it is based on Model Driven Engineering (MDE) techniques. The proposed methodology includes a verification process for requirements that exploits formal methods during the whole life cycle of services.

In cloud computing environment, software service often collaborates with other supporting utility services in order to provide a complete solution to end users. The software service itself could provide the required functions to users that fulfill their needs. However, the non-functional requirements, which represent the main criteria in the service selection process, need the collaboration from all involved parties. Given the end-to-end non-functional requirements submitted from end users, the challenge is to select the best cloud solution that satisfies these requirements, and to let a software provider select the best utility services. In this paper, we propose a mapping mechanism that helps map users' QoS requirements to the required software service and utility services at different cloud levels. Ontology is used to semantically define diverging concepts of the non-functional requirements and guarantees and their relationships at different levels of cloud services. For implementation, OWL-S (Ontology Web Language for Services) and SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language) are used. The experiment, in this paper, showed that the mapping process does not incur much calculation overhead, if integrated with any service selection system.
