Towards optimization of mechanical and microstructural performances of Fe-rich laterite geopolymer binders cured at room temperature by varying the activating solution

Abstract: Increasing the alkaline solution content positively affected compressive strength as the high formation geopolymer binder ensures better cohesion. 0.55 alkaline solution/calcined laterite appears as optimum exhibiting the highest mechanical properties and denser structure.
