Towards 'Off-the-Shelf ' Universal Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cells: Mouse Anti-3rd Party Central Memory CD8 Veto Cells Prolong Functional Engraftment of Allogeneic Genetically Modified T Cells

Abstract: We recently demonstrated that mouse anti-3rd party central memory CD8 veto cells (Tcm) enable engraftment of fully mis-matched T cell depleted bone marrow (TDBM) in sublethally irradiated (5.5 Gy TBI) recipients (Eran et al.
