Towards machine learning-based streamflow drought forecasts across the Colorado River Basin

Abstract: <p>Drought is among the most damaging environmental phenomena, affecting agricultural productivity, wildfire risks,  hydropower production, water quantity and quality, public health, ecosystem integrity, and recreation.
