Towards automatic nanomanipulation at the atomic scale

Abstract: Nanomanipulation using Atomic Force or Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (AFM, STM) has at tracted much attention among researchers in recent years. But even on an international scale, nanomanip ulation is operated mostly in manual mode.
