Abstract. The development of computer technologies and the Internet technology has promoted the upgrading of cloud computing, and application mode of information technology also begins to be transferred from the traditional centralized mode to the distributed morphology gradually while people are constantly having higher requirements for information sharing. The effective application of cloud computing can satisfy people's actual demands in daily work. However, in order to use cloud computing to realize the cross-border collaboration, perfect orientation control strategy should be developed as the guarantee. This paper conducts the research from three aspects: cloud computing, access control and strategies, hoping to promote better development of cloud computing.

To solve the problem of resource heterogeneity and the dynamic structure, loose coupling of integrated applications has brought a lot of benefits in clouds environment. Thus, the development of highly robust service-oriented applications has many challenges, especially for the autonomy of service resources over the system components to the end-user portal. In this paper, a proposed method for the business users can satisfy the service availability changes in the early warning and application for service relationship adjustment. Then, the designed mechanism can deal with exception not available for service in a real-time development application for a business user. Based on the heterogeneous model of service-oriented applications, an availability process with lifecycle analysis is proposed to ensure that service resources are available to integrate components at different levels.

Promoted by the leading industrial companies, cloud computing has gained widespread concern recently. With an increasing number of cloud service providers (CSPs) delivering services to customers from the cloud, maximizing the profits of CSPs becomes a critical problem. Existing approaches are difficult to solve the problem because they do not make full use of temporal price differences. This paper introduces a dynamic virtual resource renting approach that attempts to dynamically adjust the virtual resource rental strategy according to price distribution and task urgency. Considering task urgency and price distribution, we design a weak equilibrium operator to calculate the acceptable price for each type of virtual resource. All types of virtual resources that are at an acceptable price are inserted into a set. Then, a price prediction algorithm is presented to predict the price of virtual resources at the next price interval. Finally, we design a novel rental decision-making algorithm to select the most profitable resource from the set. We have implemented our approach and conducted experiments on both real and synthetic datasets. The results demonstrate that our approach obtain the better profit than other five approaches.
