Purpose This study aims to identify the readiness of institutional repositories in Indonesia to implement digital humanities (DH) data curation. Data curation is a method of managing research data that maintains the data’s accuracy and makes it available for reuse. It requires controlled data management. Design/methodology/approach The study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through a focus group discussion in September–October 2022, interviews and document analysis. The informants came from four institutions in Indonesia. Findings The findings reveal that the national research repository has implemented data curation, albeit not optimally. Within the case study, one of the university repositories diligently curates its humanities data and has established networks extending to various ASEAN countries. Both the national archive repository and the other university repository have implemented rudimentary data curation practices but have not prioritized them. In conclusion, the readiness of the national research repository and the university repository stand at the high-capacity stage, while the national archive repository and the other university repository are at the established and early stages of data curation, respectively. Research limitations/implications This study examined only four repositories due to time constraints. Nonetheless, the four institutions were able to provide a comprehensive picture of their readiness for DH data curation management. Practical implications This study provides insight into strategies for developing DH data curation activities in institutional repositories. It also highlights the need for professional development for curators so they can devise and implement stronger ownership policies and data privacy to support a data-driven research agenda. Originality/value This study describes the preparations that must be considered by institutional repositories in the development of DH data curation activities.

The assessment process of readiness for adoption an educational system considers the lifeblood of the e-learning system in a particular educational organization and the ability to assess the organization's readiness among the main factors which contributes to the success and progress. The readiness models are instruments that assist educational organizations in measuring their capability level and identifying the gaps to develop a strategy for implementing and adopting e-learning system. Due to the sudden chaos that Iraqi educational institutions have been exposed to the Covid-19 epidemic since the beginning of 2020, the e-learning system has been adopted as a quick alternative educational system for the continuation of the educational process without taking into consideration the readiness of the basic components of the educational process, which comprises the readiness of the infrastructure, human and educational organization to adopt such systems. Despite increased attention by stakeholders and the government with the readiness assessment process recently, there is no comprehensive model for assessing e-learning readiness in Iraqi higher education institutions, the purpose of this study is to design a model of an e-learning readiness assessment for Iraqi universities based on the comparative studies and the experts’ views. It is worth to mention that the proposed model has objectively designed according to particular features and local characteristics country. The fuzzy delphi method was utilized for the validation process of the proposed model. The main dimensions and all factors of the proposed model reached the experts’ agreement except a number of measures that did not achieve the assessment requirements. The final analysis result indicates that the e-learning readiness assessment model includes 3 main dimensions and 13 factors with 86 measures. Iraqi higher educational institutions can employ the designed model to assess their readiness and identify the areas that need improvement and reduce the gaps failures in e-learning adoption.

College is one of the educational institutions that incidentally can be relied upon as the producer of the most and quality scientific work. However, it is necessary to conduct a study to obtain information related to the analysis of Scopus indexed lecturer scientific publications. This study aims to determine 1) The productivity of the most scientific publications by lecturers, 2) The most cited Scientific Publications, 3) The level of collaboration in writing scientific papers, and 4) Impresum of Scopus indexed scientific publication publications. The method used is descriptive method with bibliometric analysis. The sample is 39 lecturers. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation. The data analysis technique uses the following steps: preparation, Scopus data download, tabulation, processing and manufacturing, data presentation and conclusion deflation. The results showed that 1) The productivity of most lecturer scientific publications was Yufitriana Amir's scientific publications with 11 articles, 2) The most cited and most popular scientific publications were Yufitriana Amir's articles with 83 citations, 3) The degree of collaboration of lecturers' scientific publications was 0.97 or (97 %), 4) Places where lecturers' scientific publications are published, dominantly published in the international journal Enfermeria Clinica based in Spain, namely 21 scientific works (52.5%). The conclusions of the research show that the productivity of scientific publications produced by lecturers at the Faculty of Nursing, Unri is mostly done in collaboration.
