Towards a framework of quality management for cooperative higher education

Abstract: Abstract. The qualities in cooperative education which embed work-integrated learning into the curricula propose challenges for higher education. To address the issues, a framework of quality management on the basis of total quality management and PDCA cycle is proposed.
