Abstract: ZusammenfassungIn diesem Beitrag wird die Frage aufgeworfen, ob der Tourismus einen Effekt auf die europäische Identitätsentwicklung ausübt und ob dieser in der Wahlforschung weitgehend unberücksichtigte Faktor auch direkt oder indirekt die Wahlbeteiligung bei Europawahlen beeinflussen könnte.
