Cibuntu Village is a sub-district area that is one of the villages that has the potential for the development of the agricultural, plantation, and livestock sectors. In addition to these sectors, the tourism sector with the concept of agrotourism is expected to be developed and will make a significant contribution to the economy in Cibuntu Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the location of tourist attractions in Cibuntu Village and determine the types of tourism that can be developed in that location. The data analysis method used is divided into two parts, namely policy analysis and basic sector analysis using LQ (Location Quotient) calculation analysis. With applicable policy restrictions, tourism activities in Cibuntu Village are agrotourism and ecotourism. From the results of the LQ calculation, there are superior commodities, namely sweet potatoes, these commodities are worthy of investment to be developed in the future. Several alternative locations for tourism objects and activities that can be developed are agro-tourism activities in agricultural areas located in Cibuntu village which are designated as ecotourism areas. This study aims to analyze the potential of the Customary Village in tourism development, its position, and function in Bali Province. This research is a socio-legal study with a legal and case approach, legal analysis techniques in the form of legal hermeneutics and is analyzed through the theory of legal pluralism, and the concept of recognition of the Customary Law Community. This research was conducted in the area of Bali Province based on local wisdom with the concepts of Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan. The system and implementation of customary law, institutional Sabha Customary Village and Kerta Customary Village, custom advisory institutions, religion, traditions, arts, and culture, as well as local wisdom of indigenous peoples. Pasraman as an educational institution based on Hinduism for the development of identity, moral integrity, and quality of Balinese society, traditional village security institutions, and traditional village economic institutions by the principles and objectives of tourism, namely the welfare of the community. Especially the Krama Customary Village. The results showed that the Balinese Customary Village in tourism development is an autonomous Balinese customary institution, traditional cultural communities, indigenous peoples, and the collective identity of the people in Bali based on customary law to achieve common goals based on the Tri Hita Karana.

The development of community-based tourism has developed quite rapidly. Indonesia is one of the countries that have the potential to develop community based tourism by promoting local culture. Setanggor Village is a tourist village that uses the concept of community-based tourism. Thus, the author wants to know more about Community Based Tourism (CBT) management and the supporting and inhibiting factors of Community Based Tourism (CBT) management in the Setanggor tourist village. Using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, the authors found that the people of Setanggor Village are involved in controlling, managing, and developing tourism. In terms of supporting factors, the village government has quite a lot of development funding assistance. In addition, the village community is quite active in tourism development. However, the social status between communities and the bureaucracy of village organizations became the main problems found.
