Total Cross Flow (TCF) Hydrostatic Journal Bearing: A Review

Abstract: Hydrostatic bearings are used extensively in machine tool application due to their high load carrying capacity, no stick-slip, very low friction at low or zero speed, high stiffness and damping characteristics.
