TOT en el tratamiento de la incontinencia de esfuerzo: nuestra experiencia, comparándola con la TVT

Abstract: Introducción: En el año 2004 iniciamos la técnica de TOT para el tratamiento de la incontinencia urinaria de esfuerzo. En este estudio comparamos los resultados con las series publicadas de TOT y con la serie de TVT realizadas en nuestro servicio.Material y métodos: Hemos intervenido a 171 pacientes, con una edad media de 57,7 años.
