Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large torque ripple and poor output torque performance of external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motors, this paper took a three-phase 24-slot 19-pole external rotor motor as the research object, uses the magnetic circuit method and Lorentz theorem to analyze and calculate the motor torque, and improved the output torque by optimizing the position parameters of the V-shaped permanent magnet.
