Abstract: Background The effectiveness of chemo-immunotherapy for advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) remains limited. Therefore, we evaluated the safety and efficacy of radiotherapy plus chemo-immunotherapy as a first-line therapy for advanced ESCC.
