Topsis Based Optimization of Process Parameters While Hard Turning of Aisi 52100 Steel

Abstract: In the present work optimization of machining parameters is performed by employing Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) while AISI 52100 steel hard turning with polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) tools. Based on Central Composite Design (CCD) of Response Surface Method (RSM) experiments are planned and conducted.
