“…Apart from its direct dopaminergic actions at D2-like receptors, our report suggests a participation of central nervous alpha-2 drenoreceptors , most probably by indirect adrenergic and dopaminergic eff ects, in inducing symptoms of substance-induced delusional infesta-tion.
