Abstract: Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is usually treated with corticosteroids, given their anti-inflammatory effects. Unlike the nasal administration, the oral and ocular use of tretinoin, an immunoregulatory drug, is well established.
