Topical treatment of inherited epidermolysis bullosa

Abstract: Inherited epidermolysis bullosa is a group of genetic skin disorders characterized by skin erosions, ulceration, skin and mucosal blistering requiring topical treatment. This review demonstrates major clinical manifestations of epidermolysis bullosa and its mechanisms of development.
