Topical photodynamic therapy for primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma: A pilot study

Abstract: consider mycobacterial infections and inquire about recent pedicures in patients with apparent lowerextremity furunculosis. Tissue cultures and sensitivity studies should be performed to guide treatment, given the widespread antibiotic resistance of mycobacteria species. Early recognition of the organisms and institution of appropriate therapy are critical.
