Topical moistening of mastectomy wounds with diluted tranexamic acid to reduce bleeding: randomized clinical trial

Abstract: Background Topical administration of tranexamic acid (TXA) may be an alternative to intravenous administration to reduce bleeding with a lower risk of systemic adverse events.
